Dear Steve:
I just want to let you know how pleased I am with my new custom website. The results J have been getting have been better than I ever expected. Since the new site started on the Internet I have been averaging two to three telephone calls per day and one to two emails a day from prospective new clients.
In addition, I have been very impressed so far with the quality of the prospective new clients that have contacted me from my website. Generally speaking the new clients that I have gotten have higher incomes, are better educated and more sophisticated than the clients I have gotten from other sources.
As a result of my internet advertising not only do I have more clients but I have also been able to increase my hourly rate and initial retainer. I have also been able to be more selective in the clients I choose to represent.
Although I was initially skeptical that the results would justify the expense I have come respect the power of the internet to reach more of the type of prospective clients that I want to represent than I ever could hope to reach by other means. After just one year of internet advertising I can not envision what my practice would be like without it.
Very truly yours,
David B. Feldman

Dear Mr.O'Brien:
I've been practicing law, concentrating in medical malpractice for ten years, and ding this time employed various media to advertise my services. As a prudent consumer, I have tracked the success of my advertising dollar in each form of media.
It is my experience that a diversified advertising plan is key to success. Not only does one reinforce the other, but each form has its advantages that others lack. I know the results of my ad program because I've taken the time to inquire of my potential clients how they came to me: what and how many sources they used before making their selection.
Presence on the internet today is essential for any law firm which wants to advertise its services. Not only is this source growing exponentially, but for many savvy people who use the internet, this may be their only exposure to what a law firm has to offer. I find that the inquiries I get from internet searches lead to more actual cases than inquiries obtained from other advertising. Those people, I find, have already done research and learned much about medical negligence. Additionally, I get referrals from other attorneys from the Internet after they review my web site.
Given that internet advertising represents a significant share of my potential clients, I needed to decide which provider would give me the best value. There are innumerable companies offering web services; and many offering legal web services. Over the years, I've tried several, and after exhaustive research, have chosen FindLaw to be my main provider, not only to host my web site, but for an all-inclusive advertising program based on my needs as a medical malpractice attorney. I work closely with FindLaw representatives, consultants, artists, technicians, and a slew of others who, together, help me get out my message. They continually tweak my program, adding content, deleting outdated material, suggesting changes, and keeping my site in the forefront of searches.
Not only do potential clients find me by searching with key words, but where I may be absent, FindLaw is always present. There are virtually no search terms someone can use to find a medical malpractice lawyer where FindLaw will not be a presence on the first page of that search. Once they click on FindLaw, they can't help but find me in their locale. Navigating through FindLaw is easy - the key to holding someone's interest and leading to a successful search.
Due to time constraints, I am not always able to add content to my website as I would like. FindLaw makes this simple - they have various programs that can be added to the web site that not only give potential clients information, but that are updated routinely and daily, again making my site attractive to search engines.
This service is not cheap, but neither is a good meal in a fine restaurant. Dollar-for-dollar, working with FindLaw is an investment in my future that I can't afford not to have. Since I've added FindLaw to my advertising program, I've exceeded my expectations with regard to potential client contacts from the internet. When compared to other forms of advertising, FindLaw definitely gives me a bang for the buck.
Sincerely,
Barry D. Lang M.D., J.D.

RE: Findlaw Website
Dear Steve:
I just wanted to let you know how happy I am with the website. I have had the site up and running for almost a year now and it has truly expanded my practice. I have been retained by several clients and still receive regular inquiries from potential clients. I have more than made back my initial investment and can't wait to upgrade next year.
Thanks for everything Steve
Very truly yours,

Dear Steve:
I want to thank you for all of the great work you have done for me during the last two years. You have been a true consultant and professional and have helped me to realize the real value a website can have for a law firm such as mine. Your ongoing recommendations and advice have been invaluable.
I have been told by numerous people that my website is professional, informative and easily found on Google and Yahoo. But, more importantly, when I ask new clients how they found me the answer I am hearing more and more is "on FindLaw.com."
Since I decided to utilize FindLaw's services in 2006, my firm's website has been visited by thousands of people. More importantly, however, since the site was launched, I have received numerous client inquiries. I am happy to say that a large percentage of those client inquiries have resulted in new business for my firm.
I look forward to further developing my Web marketing program with FindLaw in the near future and continuing our partnership for years to come.

Dear Steven,
I just wanted to write you a short note to thank you for your customer service over the past several months. In the past, I have unfortunately learned that when an attorney decides to advertise with an internet company, proper customer service tends to disappear as soon as the ink is dry on the contract. Such has not been the case with you, or your colleagues at FindLaw/West. From the start, I have been very impressed with the company's uniform professionalism, from my account manager to the tech support staff to you. I appreciate the fact that you have kept in close contact with me, to make that I am happy with how the site is performing. You have also regularly called me to give me new and useful ideas about expanding my law practice.
In the beginning the prospect of taking on another big overhead expense nearly scared me away. I can say with confidence, however, that the business generated by my website has justified the monthly expense, I anticipate re-upping with FindLaw when my current contract expires.
Again, thanks for all of your help. I will look forward to speaking with you again soon.
